If damage is beyond this white border, which rarely happens, we will do our best to make it right. Otherwise, the signs are considered reasonable to use.
Please inspect your items as soon as they come in. If your order was damaged while in transit, please message us with pictures of damaged box and items.
CARRIERS (FEDEX / UPS) HAVE A 48 HOUR WINDOW AFTER DELIVERY TO FILE A CLAIM.
Claims will not be considered after the 48hr window is closed.
