Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received. Please place order at least 2-3 weeks before your event.

 

-Design time 1-2 days

-Production time 2-3 days

-Shipping time 2-7 days

Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide. Please note that shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories may take longer than expected.
Once your order has been shipped, Simply Party Props is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Tracking information will always be provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage during shipping or an error on our end), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.

Mockups & Approvals

Mockups are provided before production for customer review. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to carefully check names, dates, colors, and spelling before final approval. Once approved, Simply Party Props is not responsible for any design errors.

Add-Ons & Stands

Stands and other display accessories are sold separately. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED Please check your listing carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. After that time, cancellations cannot be processed.
